In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "8pkr", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the 8pkr platform, an internationally licensed gaming operator accessible at https://8pkr.ws.
• "Platform" means the 8pkr website, all associated web pages, mobile-optimised interfaces, casino games, sports betting services, and any related services provided under the 8pkr brand.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered a verified account on the 8pkr platform or who is accessing the platform with the intent to register.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player following successful registration and KYC verification on the 8pkr platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency in which all 8pkr wallet balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and bonus amounts are denominated.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to PKR funds deposited by the Player from their own personal payment methods that have been credited to the 8pkr wallet.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to PKR-denominated promotional credits, free spins converted to PKR, or any other non-deposited funds credited to the Player's account by 8pkr under a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be bet in qualifying games before the resulting winnings may be withdrawn as Real Money.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process 8pkr conducts in compliance with its international gaming licence obligations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which accessing online gambling platforms is expressly prohibited by local law and in which 8pkr does not hold a locally applicable gaming licence.

To register and maintain an account on 8pkr, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the lifetime of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 8pkr strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will terminate any account found to be held by an individual under the age of 21, with all associated balances forfeited.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold 8pkr player accounts.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during the registration process. Providing false information — including but not limited to name, date of birth, address, or payment method ownership — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be the sole and beneficial owner of any payment method used to deposit funds into your 8pkr account. Depositing funds from a payment method registered to another person is strictly prohibited.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended 8pkr account. Each individual is permitted one account only.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling on 8pkr or via any national or international gambling self-exclusion scheme to which 8pkr is a participant.
• You must not be accessing 8pkr from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

8pkr reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 8pkr account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The following security obligations apply to all 8pkr accounts:

• You must not share your account login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other individual to access your 8pkr account, place wagers on your behalf, or conduct transactions from your account.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your 8pkr account that is not used for any other online service.
• You must enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP when prompted or when the feature is available on your account type.
• You must notify 8pkr's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or if your account credentials have been compromised.

8pkr will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where such access occurred as a result of the Player sharing credentials, failing to maintain adequate password security, or failing to notify 8pkr of a suspected breach in a timely manner.

8pkr reserves the right to lock any account that exhibits unusual login patterns, access from unfamiliar geographic locations, or activity consistent with account compromise, pending completion of security verification by the account holder.

All financial transactions on 8pkr are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 8pkr does not charge currency conversion fees. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are published on the 8pkr banking page and may be updated from time to time. Players are responsible for reviewing current limits before initiating a transaction.
• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to the 8pkr wallet within 30 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK are subject to standard banking processing times.
• Only deposit from a payment method that is registered in your own name. 8pkr will reject deposits from third-party payment sources and may freeze the corresponding account pending investigation.
• Failed deposits that are debited from your payment method but not credited to your 8pkr wallet must be reported to support within 48 hours, accompanied by transaction confirmation documentation.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder during the KYC process.
• All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Accounts with pending or incomplete KYC documentation will have withdrawals held until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are published on the 8pkr banking page. Withdrawal requests exceeding the maximum single-transaction limit may be split across multiple processing cycles.
• 8pkr reserves the right to conduct additional due diligence on withdrawal requests, including requesting source of funds documentation, where required under its international gaming licence obligations or internal compliance policies.

8pkr offers bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonus offers are available to players who have completed KYC verification, unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Each bonus promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless the promotion explicitly permits multiple claims.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from Bonus Balance funds can be transferred to Real Money Balance and subsequently withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game category are published on the 8pkr promotions page. Live dealer games, jackpot slots, and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Bonus funds expire after the time period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds and any associated pending wagering requirements are automatically voided without compensation.
• Maximum win limits may apply to bonus-derived winnings. Where a maximum win cap is stated in promotion terms, any winnings exceeding that cap will be removed from the Player's balance at the time of withdrawal processing.
• 8pkr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonuses already credited and in active wagering progress are honoured under the terms at the time of crediting.

8pkr offers a library of over 1,200 certified casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, fishing arcade games, and classic table games — as well as a full sportsbook covering PSL cricket, international cricket, UFC, and major football leagues. The following terms apply to all gaming and betting activity on the platform:

• All casino games on 8pkr use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited and verified for fairness. Game outcomes cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by any player or by 8pkr.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term theoretical averages across millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Sports betting markets, odds, and in-play availability are subject to change without notice. Accepted bets will be settled at the odds confirmed at the time of bet placement, except in cases of obvious error as described below.
• In the event of a technical error affecting a game round or bet settlement — including software malfunction, connectivity failure, or data feed error — 8pkr reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the wagered amount to the Player's account. Winnings derived from a technical error will not be paid.
• Bets placed on incorrect odds resulting from a manifest error on the part of 8pkr (including pricing errors, incorrect team names, or wrong event data) will be settled at the correct odds or voided at 8pkr's discretion.
• Maximum payout limits apply per single bet and per day, per player. These limits are published on the 8pkr sportsbook page and may vary by sport and market type.
• 8pkr reserves the right to limit stakes, restrict markets, or decline bets from any player at its sole discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns or suspected match-fixing activity is identified.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8pkr platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account per individual, household, or shared device.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or personal documentation to register or verify an account.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal source.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games on 8pkr.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or misconfigured bonus promotions to generate winnings that would not have been achievable under normal platform operation.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer casino games or sports betting markets.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity manipulation in connection with 8pkr betting markets.
• Accessing 8pkr from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other method of IP obfuscation.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 8pkr customer support staff or other players in any communication channel.

8pkr is required under its international gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all player accounts before processing withdrawals. KYC verification may also be required at registration or at any subsequent point at 8pkr's discretion.

To complete KYC verification, players are required to submit the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unobstructed photograph or scan of a valid government-issued photo ID — such as a Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driver's licence. The document must be current and not expired.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months, clearly showing your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used to deposit, such as a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your registered name and mobile number, or a bank statement.

8pkr aims to complete KYC reviews within 48 hours of receiving complete documentation during Pakistan Standard Time business hours. Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC review is successfully completed. Players who fail to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 30 days of the initial request may have their account suspended and deposits returned to the originating payment method after deduction of any bonus funds.

8pkr is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing Pakistani players with the tools they need to stay in control of their gambling behaviour. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms and Conditions:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once set, a deposit limit takes effect immediately for reductions and after a 24-hour cooling-off period for increases. 8pkr will not process deposits that exceed a Player's self-set limit.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders that generate on-screen notifications after a specified duration of continuous play. These reminders are designed to encourage periodic breaks and self-reflection during gaming sessions.
• Cool-Down Periods: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks via account settings or by contacting 8pkr support. During a cool-down period, login access is disabled and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently stop gambling on 8pkr may activate self-exclusion from within their account settings or by submitting a request to 8pkr's support team. Self-exclusion periods of six months, one year, two years, and permanent exclusion are available. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: 8pkr may display real-time session information — including time spent playing and net win/loss — to help players make informed decisions during active gaming sessions.

All content on the 8pkr platform — including but not limited to the 8pkr brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, data structures, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 8pkr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 8pkr platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 8pkr content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game code on the 8pkr platform.
• Use the 8pkr brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on 8pkr content or platform features.

Any unauthorised use of 8pkr intellectual property may result in account termination and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

8pkr collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an account on 8pkr, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data processing activities on 8pkr include:

• Identity and age verification (KYC processing) using government-issued identity documents.
• Transaction monitoring for anti-money laundering compliance.
• Responsible gaming monitoring and intervention.
• Customer support communications and dispute resolution.
• Marketing communications, subject to your communication preferences settings.
• Platform analytics and fraud prevention.

8pkr does not sell personal data to third parties. Player data is shared only with licensed payment processors, KYC verification partners, regulatory bodies, and law enforcement agencies where legally required. Full details are available in the 8pkr Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8pkr's liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — is limited to the amount of Real Money Balance held in the Player's 8pkr account at the time the relevant claim arises.

8pkr will not be liable for:

• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or interruptions to the 8pkr platform that are outside 8pkr's reasonable control.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses of any nature, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage.
• Losses resulting from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, including account suspension or termination for breach.
• Any third-party claims, including disputes between players or disputes with payment service providers.
• Errors in sports data feeds provided by third-party data suppliers, except where such errors result in demonstrably incorrect odds that were accepted by a Player in good faith.

Nothing in these Terms limits 8pkr's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Either the Player or 8pkr may close a 8pkr account, subject to the following conditions:

Voluntary closure by the Player: You may request account closure at any time by contacting 8pkr's 24/7 live chat support team. Prior to closure, all pending wagers will be settled, any outstanding withdrawals will be processed, and your Real Money Balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus Balance funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Suspension or termination by 8pkr: 8pkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Duplicate account detection.
• Extended account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, 8pkr reserves the right to withhold the Real Money Balance pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no criminal activity occurred, the Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method less any applicable administrative charges.

8pkr is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and transparently. If you believe a game outcome, bet settlement, bonus decision, or account action has been handled incorrectly, please follow the dispute resolution process below:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint via 8pkr's 24/7 live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Provide your account username, the date and time of the disputed event, the game or market reference number where applicable, and a clear description of your complaint. 8pkr's support team will acknowledge your complaint within 4 hours during Pakistan Standard Time business hours.
2. Step 2 — Formal Review: If your complaint is not resolved at first contact, it will be escalated to 8pkr's compliance team for formal review. A written response will be provided within 10 business days of escalation. 8pkr may request additional documentation to support the review.
3. Step 3 — Alternative Dispute Resolution: If you remain unsatisfied with 8pkr's formal response, you may refer your complaint to the independent dispute resolution body designated by 8pkr's international gaming licence issuer. Details of the applicable ADR body are available on request from 8pkr's support team.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 8pkr's international gaming licence is held. Pakistani consumer protection legislation applies to Pakistani-resident players in matters where local law mandates its application and cannot be contractually excluded.

8pkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, 8pkr will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the following channels:

• A notification banner displayed upon next login to the 8pkr platform.
• An email notification to the registered email address associated with your 8pkr account.

The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the 8pkr platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, and updates to reflect changes in applicable law that do not materially alter player rights or obligations — may be implemented without advance notice, effective immediately upon publication on this page.

It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to remain informed of the current version governing your use of 8pkr. The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this page will always reflect the most current Terms.
